Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all fragrances sold on our store are 100% authentic originals from the official designers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom dresser rather than a bathroom.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing a sample size if you are trying a new scent for the first time.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that because perfume is classified as a flammable liquid, it must be shipped via ground transportation.
What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to international postal regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.
