Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the fragrance you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane-wrapped packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
